Should there be a delay in our being able to deliver your order largely through seasonal demand (allow 5 - 10 days inside New Zealand) we will notify you and seek your instruction.

On receipt of your order, we ask that you check it thoroughly, fitting it to your horse to be sure you are completely satisfied with your choice, in colour, size and style. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days in new, unused and unoiled condition for replacement, or a refund of the purchase price less freight.

Leather being a natural product and put to the stresses of horse riding, cannot be guaranteed after use.
